| 3 | To recommend the Annual Subscription be increased to £60 for the year ending 31 October 2026. |
| 4 | To approve the appointment of Stephen Lindsay as League Secretary until the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting. |
| 5 | Subject to approval, Willie Abernethy, Ewan Duncan, John Struthers, and Gordon Thomson have agreed to continue in their committee roles until the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting. |
| 6 | To approve the admission of Clober Golf Club, Clydebank and District Golf Club and Kilsyth Lennox Golf Club as members of the Donald Cameron League, as explained in the paper dated 5 November 2025 circulated to member clubs. |
| 7 | To review and approve the re-structuring of the Donald Cameron Scratch League as explained in the aforesaid paper dated 5 November 2025 circulated to member clubs. |
| 8 | The Bill Jessiman Rules: The Handicap Index Range at the lower end to be changed from 6 .0 to 3.0 and the upper end to be changed from 12.0 to 9.0. |

Leagues Report: Glasgow won Division 1 and Balmore won Division 2. In the J J McCarry Leagues, Glasgow won the Scratch League, Hilton Park won Division 2 and Dullatur won Division 3. |
| 11 | Order of Merit Reports Neil MacRae (Glasgow) was the winner in Division 1, Jim Mooney (Balmore) was the winner in Division 2, Lewis McGlinchey (Clober) was the winner in the J J McCarry Division 1, Larissa Dolan (Clober) was the winner in the J J McCarry Division 2, and is the first female winner of a DCL award, Marcus Burns (Balmore) was the winner in the J J McCarry Division 3. |

| 17 | The Boundary Bell Report: Glasgow won both the Boundary Bell against Cathkin Braes and the Wee Boundary Bell also against Cathkin Braes at a very windswept Bonnyton Golf Club. |
